Official Conference Hotel
The official Conference hotel will be at Hotel Jen by Shangri-La. The hotel is located at 508 Queen’s Road West, Sai Wan (about a 10 minute taxi ride to the Conference venue). We have negotiated the following conference rates for delegates at this hotel:
Superior room (no breakfast) – HK$1,100 (plus taxes)
Single Occupancy (with breakfast) – HK$1,300 (plus taxes)
Double Occupancy (with breakfast) – HK$1,500 (plus taxes)
We have only reserved a limited number of rooms at this hotel for our Conference guests, so please book early to avoid disappointment.
Alternative Accommodation
The closest hotel to the Conference venue is Le Meridien Cyberport. This hotel is an approximately 25 minute (uphill) walk from the Conference venue. Le Meridien Cyberport provides a shuttle bus at certain times into the city centre and is served by a limited number of buses and mini buses. A taxi to the Conference venue will take 5 minutes but should be pre-ordered. Some delegates may find this location slightly remote if they wish to explore other parts of Hong Kong.
